GOOD THINGS TO KNOW
CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 PM
CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
When checking out, we request that you make sure the following things are completed before you leave the property:
Leave Beds unmade. No need to make the beds, nor to pull off the sheets. Our caretakers will handle after you leave.
Leave all damp towels from bathing and hot tub in main floor laundry basket (not on carpeted surfaces please)
Take all garbage out to the bins. (please, no loose garbage, bag all that go in to the cans)
Please shut all blinds and curtains on your departure.
Turn out all lights and ceiling fans, help conserve power in the valley.
Adjust the thermostat to: COOLING 75 in the summer, and HEAT 65 in the winter.
Check all closets and drawers, behind doors, and under the beds, as well as in the washer and dryer, so as not to leave any clothing or personal items behind.

TV OPERATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Our cabin has been equipped with streaming services such as HULU, NETFLIX, ETC. The smaller remote controls are the ONLY controls needed to operate the TV’S, change the channels, adjust the volume, etc. We’ve made a simple “how to” video should you need any help.
Should you have any problems beyond the normal operation, or if the TV’S aren’t working properly, then check the TROUBLESHOOTING section.

GSMNP Park It Forward Parking Program
Parking Tags – Know Before You Go
Beginning March 1, 2023, valid parking tags will be required on any vehicles parking for longer than 15 minutes. Approved parking rates are $5 for a daily parking tag, $15 for a weekly parking tag, and $40 for an annual parking tag. All revenue will stay in the park to provide sustainable, year-round support focusing on improving the visitor experience, protecting resources, and maintaining trails, roads, historic structures, and facilities.
Visitors who simply drive through the park will not need a parking tag.
